As global vice president of the Digital Transformation Group at Cisco, Sandy Hogan is responsible for helping customers define and deliver new digital businesses through go-to-market models and engagement methodologies. Helping customers seize the opportunities of tomorrow by proving that amazing things can happen when you connect the previously unconnected, she leads a global team with deep industry expertise, a clear digital transformation platform, and a defined set of capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.
Hogan and her team understand that a successful digitization journey is predicated on a strong partner ecosystem worldwide, which drives them to build relationships that orchestrate around customers’ digital visions.
She has driven transformational initiatives across various sales, operations and marketing roles during her 14 years with the company, including leading Cisco’s Business Transformation team. In this role, her team was responsible for fundamentally changing how the organization goes to market, driving the delivery of integrated strategies that enable business outcomes and ensure customers realize the full value of their technology investments.
Before joining Cisco, Hogan had increasing leadership responsibility at two successive start-ups where she devised customer-centered, business value-based sales models, which laid the foundation for her work at Cisco. She began her career at Baxter Healthcare where she led complex sales organizations and created new sales models, including creating a model that led to the largest purchasing partnership in Baxter’s history.
